hi-tech opera from the M.I.T. Media Lab Death And The Powers by Tod Machover

Here’s the link to a video description of the opera, which includes a greek chorus of opera-bots (white glowing moving cubes), giant robotic bookcases that act as musical instruments, AND a giant chandelier which incorporates sonic animatronics (“sonitronics”)  and has a string-like surface that is played by hyperinstrumentalists.
